EMM-Tech workshop

Would you like to be empowered to help yourself, your friends and your family?  The Emmett Technique is gentle and non-invasive - a muscle release technique which requires no previous bodywork experience.  The results are often immediate and can be administered without fear of causing aggravation.   

 

The EMM-Tech workshop teaches a small focused set of skills and knowledge that is tailored especially to ease pain and discomfort and benefit many other conditions, and also offers an introduction into 'The Emmett Technique'. It is a non-professional approach to client assessment and treatment for personal trainers, coaches, general public and aged care carers and home carers.

 

In our EMM-Tech workshop you can learn how to:

• Aid forearm weakness and grip strength

• Improve neck rotation

• Aid shoulder pain and restrictions

• Improve balance and stability

• Improve general mobility and flexibility

• Assist with general pain and discomfort
